Agents do the work. People decide.
We design, build and run software for the agentic era, where more of the work is done by AI every month. Every product we make is built around the person who has to live with the result.
Farnor Labs is a product studio. We make our own software, give each product its own name and its own job, and keep running it after launch. AI does the busywork. You make the calls.
Agents inside.
Writing code, screening mail, sorting, drafting, testing. Wherever an AI agent can take the repetitive part, we let it.
A person signs off.
Nothing ships, sends or gets through the door until a person says so. The agents propose. You decide.
Plain words.
Every product explains itself in sentences: what changed, what still works, why something waited.
Private by default.
Your code and your mail are yours. Nothing is shared or published until you choose.
We run what we ship.
We host it, watch it and answer for it. When something breaks, one of us fixes it.
Two products. One rule.
Each one stands on its own, with its own home on the web. They share a maker, a star, and the same idea about who is in charge.
The code repository for the agentic era.
Several AI agents on one project without collisions. Every change explained in plain words, checked, and shipped only when a person says so.
Parcettaparcetta.comEmailEmail for the modern internet. For people who hate email.
Agentic from the ground up and built for the human reading it. Strangers wait in the Screener, and every conversation reads as one timeline.
Software is starting to act on our behalf. Someone should make sure it still answers to us.
The work is changing.
Agents now write code, read mail and make decisions faster than anyone can check them. The tools around them were built for a different era, and it shows.
Speed without say is a trap.
Automation that acts without asking feels great until it gets something wrong in your name. We build the moment of decision back in, and make it quick.
Small is a feature.
We build for solo makers and small teams, because we are one. People who don't have time to babysit their tools, and shouldn't have to.
Two names on the door.
Farnor Labs, LLC is an independent software company in Phoenix, Arizona, founded by Michael Franov and Nathaniel Warner. We make Gaitro, a code repository for AI coding agents, and Parcetta, email for people who hate email.
We started it because the tools we used every day were being rebuilt around AI, and very few of them were being rebuilt around the people using them.
We'd rather ship a few things that feel right than a lot of things that feel busy. When something goes wrong, you'll hear from one of us.
